change of location today. my forearms are spent so i decided to save the drive to berkeley and exercise at the work gym

weights:
scissor arms. 27.5 lbs/arm. 12 x 4
arm/chest push away machine). 100 lbs. 12 x 4
side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 20 x 8
kettle bell swing. 44 lbs. 30 x 4
side to side ball crunches. 6 lbs. 30 x 10
figure 8 ball crunches. 2 lbs. 30 x 6

treadmill. 4+ miles

ipod: had much on the ipod, but mostly i watched the A's game on tv
goal status: 431/750 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 149
feeling... golden
