bouldered. v3s and v4s. finished a tough v4 with a big cross over reach. finished two v3s that had previously given me trouble. my final climb was flashing a new v3

side to side ball crunches. 6 lbs. 30 x 10

ipod: thundering herd (from yesterday)
goal status: 467/750 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 146 (one lb increase)
feeling... hungry, real hungry
