ggp morning run. 6 miles
then immediately to the usf gym for swimming. 1st of 15 passes. reminded me of my time at ucsb where i'd run or bike to the campus gym. do the stair master. lift weights then swim. today i swam different forms of laps for 35 minutes. then stretched and ran in the shallow end of the pool
