84 of 200 over 365:2011

back to the berkeley gym. could have stayed at work again. decided i wanted to be around people. be seen. upon arrival at the gym they stopped me to switch my homebase gym to berkeley from san francisco. mission cliffs is a pain to get to after work. no biggie

climbed. man, i got so close to completing that v4 i was working on the other day. one-and-a-half moves from the end. a cross-over right hand pulled me off the wall every time. i need another inch or two of reach or height to get a clean move. tall people often have an advantage in climbing. but then it's called "reaching." true story

weights:
dumbbell t lifts. 15 lbs/arm. 20 x 4
bicep curls. 15 lbs/arm. 30 x 4
side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 20 x 8
side to side ball crunches. 6 lbs. 30 x 10

treadmill. 5 miles

goal status: 436/750 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 145 (updated, dropped 4 lbs in the past couple weeks. wow)
feeling... sore
