bouldering. a v2 then onto v3s and v4s. struggled. forearms spent. got far on a new v4. next time

arm/chest pull toward (rowing). 100 lbs. 20 x 4
side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 20 x 8
treadmill. 4 miles
