with east coast visitors coming late tonight i decided to hot the office gym

side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 20 x 8
side to side ball crunches. 6 lbs. 30 x 10
figure 8 ball crunches. 2 lbs. 30 x 6

treadmill. 5 miles

ipod: music, but like the other day i watched the end of the A's game (a loss) and the end of the pirates game (a win)
