after a fun '80s day event i hit up the berkeley gym
bouldering. struggled with two new v4s. attempted and completed the v4 on the third try that i couldn't finish during my last visit. i then flashed a v4. struggled with two more v4s before finally ending my climb
weights:
butterfly. 30 lbs/arm. 20 x 4
bench press. 95 lbs. 12 x 4
arm/chest pull toward (rowing). 100 lbs. 20 x 4
side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 20 x 8
side to side ball crunches. 5 lbs. 30 x 10
treadmill. 5 miles
ipod: fresh air (brain bugs/smartphones)
goal status: 556/750 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 145
feeling... totally rad
