after a day off, back to berkeley
bouldered. did mostly v3s before i tried to tackle that v5 again. got farther, two moves from the finish. if i hadn't already burned out my left forearm i probably could have done it. any tips on how to strengthen forearms so they're not the first thing to tire?

scooping hard ice creams will build your forearms. also accelerating and shifting on a motorcycle.
