an hour of bouldering. a poor showing yesterday lead to a great climb today. a couple v1s, lots of v2s and v3s, plus a v4.

boxing against a punching bag for about 20 minutes.

arm pull down to sides. 10 x 2
side abs crunch. 25 lbs. left and right, 4 times each

treadmill. 3+ miles

golden gate park walk with super pal noah. 3ish miles
