bouldering off limits until friday for a competition. that's the one thing i really wanted to do tonight
treadmill. 4.5+ miles. about 34 minutes
weights:
incline bench press. 100 lbs. 12 x 3
side crunches. 25 lbs. 14 x 3 each left and right side
incline dumbbell press. 25 lbs/arm. 16 x 3
push down chest. 70 lbs. 16 x 3
weight: 137 lbs.
feeling... egypt!
