bouldered for more than one hour, finished that same v3 again. so close on two more

treadmill. 5.35 miles. 600+ calories

weights:
incline bench press. 100 lbs. 12 x 4
incline dumbbell press. 30 lbs/arm. 16 x 3
push down chest. 60 lbs. 16 x 4

weight: 136.95 lbs
feeling... great for less than 137 pounds!
