treadmill. 5.25 miles. 39 minutes. 600 calories
weights:
incline bench press. 100 lbs. 12 x 4
side crunches. 25 lbs. 12 x 4 each left and right side
incline dumbbell press. 30 lbs/arm. 16 x 4
push down chest. 60 lbs. 16 x 4
weight: 135.75 lbs
feeling... wow
