berkeley iron works
bouldered. started with a v0, just to stretch out. flashed that v3 that gave me trouble the other day. accomplished two other v3s in succession. then got stuck on two v4s
weights:
bench press. 95 lbs. 16 x 4
arm/chest v's. 15 lbs/arm. 20 x 4
side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 20 x 8
treadmill. 3 miles
ipod: fresh air (michael lewis)
goal status: 869/1,000 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 139
feeling... hip
