exercise bike. 60 minutes. 14.5 miles. 8 and 10 resistance. almost 500 calories. listened to mmc's "the tenderloin" over and over thinking about a cool music video. i think i had some good ideas

weight: gained
feeling... that all of a sudden there's no progress
