day three-hundred-forty...

ran lake merritt. wanted to go twice around. in this weight i wore out quick. just once around. almost 5 miles

bicep curls. 15 lbs/arm. 30 x 3
crunches. 30 x 2
leg lifts. 10 x 2

weight: ok, alright
feeling... hot
