bouldered in berkeley. v1s, v2s, tried a couple v3s, finished a v4. a really tough v3 that people were claiming should be graded higher was my main test. got far, couldn't finish. not today anyway

the first mile and a half on the treadmill was spent watching a young (mid-20's) couple do their own form of cirque de soleil as an attractive woman did somersaults and poses on her boyfriend's toward-the-sky legs before they began top roping. interesting. 4 miles
