arm/chest pull toward (rowing). 100 lbs. 20 x 4
side to side ball crunches. 6 lbs. 30 x 10
knee helping treadmill. 4 miles
ipod: pardon the interruption (from yesterday)
goal status: 336/750 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 150 (updated, same)
feeling... less ill effects in injured areas
