butterfly. 25 lbs/arm. 20 x 4
bench press. 105 lbs. 10 x 4
arm/chest pull down. 100 lbs. 20 x 4
bicep curls. 25 lbs/arm. 30 x 2
kettle bell standing arms to sky. 26 lbs. 20 x 4
side crunches with 25 lbs. left/right. total 16 x 8

knee injury felt not so good with the kettle bell swing i attempted. felt fine on the run. treadmill. 3 miles

for the record, i recommend you take it easy until your knee is better.

thanks buddy. actually felt ok on the treadmill. i think because it's straight forward.
