i'm trying this again. i previously enjoyed it as it added motivation and provided me an easy way to review progress (or lack of).
today is january 1, 2010. my goal is to exercise 300 days this year. some form of exercise, preferably run or climb. another goal is to run 720 miles this year over 200 runs. i'm one for one.
