after an afternoon ballgame, stopped off at the gym for a climb. finished some v3s  

weights: 
chest/arm v: 20 lbs/arm: 30 x 3  
bench press: 95 lbs: 10 x 2   

my first treadmill run of the year and first in a long time. 5k   

ipod: wtf (todd hanson)
goal status: 272/1,200 (miles logged/miles goal)
weight: 147 (updated, too much)
feeling... that i need to gain muscle in order to keep these five pounds
