stair climber. 15 minutes. 1.6+ miles

treadmill. 24 minutes. 3.25+ miles. almost 400 calories

bouldered. got that v3 from last visit on my first try this visit. nearly got a v4! then my left forearm tired out and i couldn't even finish a v2

weight: 138.5 lbs
feeling... accomplished

bouldered. did really well. almost finished a v3 i really wanted. then my left arm burned out. it'll be the first major challenge next visit

ran lake merritt. about 4.5 miles. lance armstong came on my ipod at the end and told me i logged my fastest single mile. cool

ran around the lake. 4.5+ miles

bouldered. and killed it. finished two v3s. yeah! tried them in the past and first try on each today i got them. bunches of v0s, v1s, and v2s also

weight: almost 141, so i gained about four pounds (yikes!)
feeling... sick as i have a cold, but trying to fight through it
